Leider schlechter als man erwartet

Ich habe dieses Puzzle im Rahmen des #ravensburgerprodukttest ausprobiert und war leider sehr enttäuscht davon. Es war zwar anfangs ein witziges Erlebnis, die sehr ungewöhnlichen Puzzleteile zu benutzen, die etwas verformt aussehen, doch leider wurde der Spaß relativ schnell gehemmt, da einem das "richtige" Motiv fehlt. Diese Frustration wäre sehr leicht zu beheben, indem man einfach ein Bild des kompletten Motivs (also wie es dann gepuzzelt aussieht) beilegt, vielleicht ja auch in einem versiegelten Umschlag.
Nach dem Puzzeln ging es dann an die Rätsel, dieser Teil hat mich zu meinem Bedauern sehr frustriert, da man keinerlei Anhaltspunkt hat, was die Rätsel angeht, man erfährt zwar, welche Art von Lösung rauskommen soll (Farbe, Symbol, Buchstabe oder Zahl), aber diese Rätsel ohne die geringste Möglichkeit auf Hinweise zu lösen ist leider etwas frustrierend.
Jedoch muss ich sagen, dass mir das Konzept eines interaktiven Puzzles sehr gefällt, die Möglichkeit mit der Drehscheibe finde ich auch innovativ und die Aufgabe, bestimmte Puzzleteile zu finden, finde ich auch äußerst interessant, nur mit der Umsetzung in diesem Produkt bin ich leider nicht zufrieden.
Was mich ebenfalls noch geärgert hat, war, dass man in dem Lösungsumschlag nicht einsehen kann, was genau die Rätsel beziehungsweise ihre Lösungswege waren. Man erhält nur die Lösungen. Das hätte mich ebenfalls interessiert, da ich ein Rätsel eigentlich falsch gelöst hatte, also ich habe einen falschen Buchstaben/Zahl/Symbol/Farbe für die Lösung gehalten, eingesetzt und bin trotzdem auf das richtige Puzzleteil gekommen.
Nach den vielen negativen Punkten, möchte ich allerdings mit einer positiven Note enden – Was die Qualität angeht, lässt Ravensburger natürlich keine Wünsche offen, die Puzzleteile sind sehr gut verarbeitet und das Motiv ist auch sehr schön gestaltet. Die Idee, drei Puzzle zu einer Geschichte zu verbinden, gefällt mir ebenfalls. Das Problem sehe ich lediglich in der Umsetzung der Rätsel.

Unfortunately worse than expected

I tried this puzzle as part of the #ravensburger product test and was unfortunately very disappointed with it. Although it was initially a fun experience to use the very unusual puzzle pieces, which look somewhat deformed, unfortunately the fun was inhibited relatively quickly as you are missing the "right" motif. This frustration could easily be remedied by simply enclosing a picture of the complete motif (i.e. what it looks like when puzzled), perhaps in a sealed envelope.
After the puzzles, it was on to the riddles, this part frustrated me a lot, to my regret, as you have no clue as to what the puzzles are about, you are told what kind of solution should come out (colour, symbol, letter or number), but solving these puzzles without the slightest possibility of clues is unfortunately a bit frustrating.
However, I have to say that I really like the concept of an interactive puzzle, I also find the possibility of using the rotating disc innovative and I also find the task of finding certain puzzle pieces extremely interesting, but unfortunately I am not satisfied with the implementation in this product.
Another thing that annoyed me was that you can't see in the solution envelope what exactly the puzzles were or how they were solved. You only get the solutions. I would also have been interested in this, as I actually solved one puzzle incorrectly, i.e. I thought the wrong letter/number/symbol/colour was the solution, put it in and still found the correct piece of the puzzle.
After the many negative points, however, I would like to end on a positive note - as far as quality is concerned, Ravensburger naturally leaves nothing to be desired, the puzzle pieces are very well made and the motif is also beautifully designed. I also like the idea of combining three puzzles into one story. The only problem I see is in the realisation of the puzzles.
