What is the Ravensburger Club?
The Ravensburger Club is our free benefits programme for all Ravensburger fans. As a member you collect points with every purchase, always order with free shipping and get access to exclusive products, promotions and offers.
Does membership cost anything?
No, membership is and always will be completely free.
How do I collect points?
You automatically receive points for every purchase in the Ravensburger online shop. For every euro you spend you earn 10 loyalty points, so an order of €50 gives you 500 loyalty points. During double points promotions and other club promotions you collect even faster.
What can I use my points for?
Every purchase earns you loyalty points. The number of points you receive depends on the value of your order and your local market.
As a general rule, every purchase is converted into points based on your local currency. For example:
- In Belgium, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain, every €1 spent earns 10 points.
- In Sweden, every 11 kr spent earns 10 points.
- In Poland, every 4 zł spent earns 10 points.
Your points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. For example:
- 100 points = €1, 11 kr or 4 zł off your next order.
- 1,000 points = €10, 110 kr or 40 zł off your next order.
You can redeem your points directly during checkout to reduce the value of your purchase, or continue collecting them until you have enough points for an exclusive Points Deal. All available rewards and offers can be found in your Ravensburger Club account.
Please note that points must be redeemed in a single transaction. Partial redemptions are currently not supported.
Where can I see my points balance?
You can check your current points balance at any time in your customer account under “Ravensburger Club” in the “Points account” area.
Do my points expire?
Your points are valid for 3 years from the date they are credited. They stay active as long as you redeem or collect points.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can end your membership at any time with no notice period. Go to your customer account and click on Settings. There you will find the option to leave the Ravensburger Club.
