Description

The evil Dr. Finsterbacke has Hamster City in a state of panic! Time and again, he manages to escape undetected after committing his crimes. But a decoding device he accidentally leaves behind leads to an underground tunnel system. Who will help the hamster agents crack the mysterious access codes and catch Dr. Finsterbacke?
