- Our heritage is built on creating the "perfect fit." Each puzzle is made with unique, handcrafted cutting tools that are regularly updated to maintain our quality standards. This process ensures every piece fits seamlessly, but it also means a piece from another puzzle will not match yours. Therefore, we are unable to provide individual replacement pieces for puzzles under 7,000 pieces. Finding a piece from a different batch will not fit your puzzle perfectly.
