The tiptoi® Manager is a program for Mac or PC that allows you to easily download, update, and synchronize audio files for your tiptoi® products with your pen. The tiptoi® pen from the "WiFi Edition" can also be connected to your computer using the USB cable and managed via the tiptoi® Manager.

  • Stay up to date – Audio files and even the firmware (the operating system of the pen) are occasionally updated. The tiptoi® Manager notifies you and helps you stay current.

  • Easy installation – Installing tiptoi® on a Windows PC or Apple Mac is quick and straightforward. Once installed, you have full access to all its features—whenever you need them.

Important: The tiptoi® pen must not be connected to the computer during the download!

Tip: Charging station

Automatic Download with the tiptoi® Charging Station With the tiptoi® Charging Station, audio files can be downloaded automatically while the pen is charging. This way, your tiptoi® pen stays up to date—without any extra steps.

Install tiptoi® Manager Audio Files

Step-by-step instructions: Step 1

Download the installation file for the tiptoi® Manager from this page and install the software on your PC or Mac.

Step 2

To load an audio file onto your tiptoi® pen using the tiptoi® Manager, you will need the following: a PC or Mac, a USB cable, and the tiptoi® pen.

Step 3

Connect the switched-on tiptoi® pen to your computer; the tiptoi® Manager software will automatically recognize the pen.

Step 4

Enter the title of your tiptoi® product in the search bar and confirm the search.

Step 5

Click on the download icon for your tiptoi® product.

Step 6

The download starts automatically, and the file is installed on your tiptoi® pen.

Step 7

After the download is complete, unplug the tiptoi® pen from your computer.

Step 8

Now, tap the power button on your tiptoi® product.

System Specifications

Your computer should meet the following requirements:

  • PC or Mac with an Intel x86-compatible processor

  • Windows (Windows 7 or newer) or Mac OS X (version 10.12 or later)

  • USB port

  • Internet connection (DSL recommended)

  • Screen resolution of at least 1000x600 pixels

  • At least 1 GB of free hard drive space

  • At least 2 GB of RAM
